Updated September 29, 2026. This private family calendar is operated by Mendel Vogel. Contact: mendelvogelny@gmail.com.
With your Google consent, the app reads recent Gmail messages to suggest schedule activities. It requests read-only Gmail access. It cannot send, delete, or change your email. Automatic checks search only Inbox messages from the last 14 days for appointment and flight terms, excluding promotions. If you choose Try an old flight, a separate read-only search checks up to 50 older flight emails, including archived messages, to create a clearly marked test suggestion for tomorrow. Candidate subject lines and limited message excerpts are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to classify actual appointments and extract short descriptions, locations and flight itinerary details; suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and always require your review.
Google processes sign-in. Our Cloudflare-hosted service exchanges and encrypts your Google refresh token, stores the connected email address and a separate phone credential identifier, and briefly processes relevant message content. It does not store message bodies on the server. Pending and rejected suggestions, including message excerpts, remain in private app storage on the phone that connected the account. They are not included in calendar backups or shared with the other phone.
Nothing from email is added to a calendar without approval. You can edit the activity, date and time and choose whether to share it. Approved shared activities are stored by our calendar service and made available to the phone you paired. Private activities stay on your phone. No advertising, data selling, or AI model training is performed by this app with Gmail data. AI classification may make mistakes; your approval is always required.
Disconnect an email account in Settings → Email to delete that phone's server-held account credentials and its pending and rejected suggestions. Previously approved activities stay until you delete them. You can also revoke Hebrew Calendar's Google access in your Google Account connections settings. Dismissed-message identifiers are retained on the phone for up to 31 days to prevent repeated suggestions. Unreviewed suggestions remain until reviewed or disconnected. Rejected suggestions can be revisited in Settings → Review suggestions for 31 days; up to 200 are kept locally and pruned when further suggestions are rejected. Sender exclusion rules are stored only on this phone and can be removed in Review suggestions. Removing the app clears phone-local data but does not remove server credentials; disconnect accounts before uninstalling or contact us for deletion.
Network traffic uses HTTPS. Google refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM and kept out of the APK. Calendar pairing and Gmail use separate credentials. Google and Cloudflare process data necessary to provide these features. Cloudflare database recovery copies may retain deleted records for its configured recovery period. We do not intentionally log email content or OAuth authorization codes.
Hebrew Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
